Flow AI Video sells subscriptions and one-time credit packs for AI image and video generation. This policy explains when a refund may be available.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Credit Usage

Credits that have already been consumed for AI generation are generally non-refundable because generation uses third-party compute resources immediately.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve a refund when there is a duplicate payment, a billing error, or a technical issue that prevented access to purchased credits.
