What is Flow AI Video? A practical guide to creating images and clips
Learn what Flow AI Video does, choose a text, image, or video-reference workflow, and find your generated results in Create.
Flow AI Video is a web workspace for creating images and short videos from prompts and reference media. Choose a feature page, enter your brief, review the model settings and estimated credits, then generate. The request opens in Create with your prompt and references ready to review.
Which page should I start with?
Use Text to Video AI when the scene exists only in your notes. Use Image to Video AI when a photo establishes the subject or composition. Use Reference to Video when existing footage helps explain the movement you want.
For a still image, open the AI Image Generator. To revise a photo, use the AI Photo Editor and describe the background, lighting, or detail to change. These edits generate a new version; they are not manual selections on a photo-editing canvas.
How does a generation work?
- Enter a specific prompt and upload any references. Confirm that images and videos appear in the intended slots.
- Choose an available model. Its supported output settings appear in the composer.
- Sign in and check the estimated credit cost. Clicking Generate submits the request and takes you to Create.
- Follow the task, preview the completed result, and download it. Use View more history below a landing-page composer to return to Create.
The displayed model names are selectable options, not promises of an exact result. Inspect product details, lettering, faces, and movement before publishing.
What happens if I need more credits?
An insufficient-credit dialog offers Get more credits or Keep editing. A blocked request does not start a generation. Compare subscriptions and one-time packs on the pricing page, and review the live estimate again before submitting.
What should my first prompt say?
Start with one subject and one action: “A green perfume bottle on pale stone beside a window. Soft morning light. The camera slowly moves closer while the bottle stays still.” This gives you a short checklist for evaluating the take.
